How do I create a MushTube account?
Please go to our Sign Up page and create an account. You will then be able to upload softball videos, comment and rate softball videos.
How do I change my MushTube password?
Log in to Mush Tube. Click on “My Profile", and enter your new MushTube password.
What if I lose my MushTube password?
Click on "Forgot your password?" link on the login page and enter your e-mail address, then click "Submit". Your password will be emailed to you.
Is there an age restriction for users?
Yes. Mush Tube is only available for users 13 years of age and older.
How do I delete my MushTube account?

How do I upload a softball video?
If you already have a softball video ready to upload (maybe an AVI or Windows Media Video (WMV) file) you can upload it to Mush Tube right away. You can get to the upload form anytime by clicking the "Upload" link at the top of every page. You will need to be registered to benefit from this function.
If you don't have your video in an upload able format yet, you can use a tool like Windows Movie Maker (which comes with Windows) or iMovie (it comes with a Mac) to create a file you can share. Once you've done that, upload it!
Which movie formats does Mush Tube support?
Mush Tube is designed to allow members to upload a wide range of softball video formats including: AVI, WMV, QuickTime, DIVX, MPEG and many more! For details on the full range of supported video formats, please refer to this page.
Can I link to my softball video directly?
Absolutely! Link to it from your forums like vBulletin, in an e-mail or wherever. You can use the permalink which can be sent out via e-mail or you can embed the video in social websites like MySpace and Friendster.
How much storage space and bandwidth can I use on Mush Tube?
Each video you upload must be max 100MB, but videos generally stream more efficiently if they are smaller.
I uploaded a file but it is not showing up.
Please allow some time for the database/system to be updated. File uploading could sometimes take as long as 15 minutes, depending on the size of the file you are trying to upload. If the problem persists, try uploading the file again.
If I have a Mush Tube player on my web site, will I be using my own bandwidth?
No. That is the beauty of Mush Tube. Now you can broadcast your goal videos without worrying using up your own bandwidth resources.
Will my files ever be deleted?
As long as you don't upload illegal, explicit or copyrighted material, your files will never be deleted.
